Enjoy an evening with Chef Patron Paul Askew as he recreates every dish from the Celebrity MasterChef semi-final, celebrating 40 years of the Antiques Roadshow.
The menu is a celebration of gastronomy and includes:
Aperitif and canapés
To Start Fillet of Turbot with cucumber tagliatelle, Palourde clams, cockles & Attilus Royal Siberian Caviar
Fish. Seared King scallop with “Butcher’s Wife” black pudding, Lomo,Romanesco couscous and golden raisin puree
Intermediate. Breast of cornfed Goosnargh duck with rhubarb,
beetroot & burnt orange purees, baby gem lettuce and peas
Main. Fillet of Hereford beef Wellington with wild garlic,
Black truffle & mushroom Duxelles, salsify, heritage carrots and red wine jus
Dessert “Yoghurt & Honey” Yoghurt panna cotta with raspberry foam, “Two Liverpool Cathedrals” heather & honey sponge, cremeux, blackberry sorbet and poppy seed tuille
Each course is paired by one of our exclusively imported wines from The Art of Wine.
